Special Needs Consultant
I’m excited that you’ve found my website, and I look forward to connecting!
As a coach, I value relationships and help others to chase their dreams and reach their goals. I find people fascinating, and love hearing stories about how they arrived where they are. When a person comes to me because they are hoping to change a habit that is no longer serving them, feeling stuck over a career move, dealing with a change in relationships, or if they’re experiencing trauma, grief, loss, or another barrier to being their best self, I’m here to support them. More importantly, I’m here to support YOU.
You might be coming to me because you’re curious about recovery from troublesome habits /addictions, relationship issues, health concerns, finances, vocational or other life changes, or for parenting / family education (especially with special needs children or adults in your care). You’re seeking a gentle, profound holistic experience that will lead to lasting positive changes. My approach to coaching and education is multi-faceted. We’ll work together using Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT Matrix), Mindfulness/Meditation, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Intuitive Healing. The goal with all of these modalities is to increase your psychological and behavioral flexibility in response to various antecedents, which enables you to respond differently than you have in the past. You’ll build a repertoire that you can rely on to navigate choppy waves from life’s many storms.
Our relationship: You can expect a kind, compassionate, non-judgmental listener. We will do a deep dive into places you are feeling “stuck” and the stories that perpetuate that barrier. We’ll chart a course to success and healing in a way that feels supportive, comfortable, and manageable.
Please click on my “Book Online” page and schedule a free 15 minute discovery call so that we can explore which package will help you rest, renew, and relaunch yourself into a world where you stand confidently in your own power.
The poet Rumi reminds us:
"You are not a drop in the ocean;
you are the entire ocean in a drop."
